Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup (227 g) butter
  • 3 oz (85 g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Other:

  • sprinkles! or food coloring.

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter & cream cheese.
  2. Add sugar and continue creaming.
  3. Add yolk & vanilla & beat.
  4. Sift together flour, salt & cinnamon. Add to mixture.
  5. Fill cookie press. Form on un-greased sheet.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350º F / 175° C
