- 1 cup (227 g) butter
- 3 oz (85 g) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Other:
- sprinkles! or food coloring.
Instructions
- Cream together butter & cream cheese.
- Add sugar and continue creaming.
- Add yolk & vanilla & beat.
- Sift together flour, salt & cinnamon. Add to mixture.
- Fill cookie press. Form on un-greased sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes @ 350º F / 175° C
